About Douglas
Biography
I have been married 25 years to my lovely wife Catherine. We have three children, Glory, Brinley and Cade. Glory is a sophmore at Northwestern College in Iowa where she plays varsity softball. Brinley is a senior at Faith Christian Academy in Arvada. Brinley will be attending the Colorado School of Mines in the fall where she too will be playing softball. Cade is our 8th grader. Cade plays baseball and basketball.
One of my passions is coaching. I currently coach a competitive girls 18 Under fastpitch softball team. I have been blessed to have coached both daughters. One of my biggest thrills in coaching was when I was instrumental in getting three of the girls on our team college scholarships! Both Glory and Brinley received athletic scholarships as well.
Personally, when I am not working or coaching I love to scuba dive, shop for antiques, attend theater events and fish just abouit anywhere. I enjoy good wine, good friends, good food and living in Colorado!
