Brian David Livingston

Since the very first day that Mr. Brian Livingston was involved in my case back in 2019, he never gave up on me. He told me that he would see my case through until the very end and, he kept his word. I believe that it goes without saying, Mr. Livingston did win my case which was monumental to say the... very least and he did see it through all the way to the very end! That being said, it isn't what has made the biggest impression on me, but HOW he got us here has. As of the date of me writing this review, Mr. Livingston is a defense attorney, but he disregarded what his title was in handling my case. He subconsciously decided to begin attending medical school while organically working on my case and ended up seeing multiple mistakes made by "medical experts" and from the hospitals themselves that were involved in my case. Mr. Livingston taught himself the proper terminology to the extent of pointing out when the state "medical experts" would use improper terms. Again I say, Mr. Livingstons' official title is "Criminal Defense Attorney" and he would essentially transform into a doctor while in court. I have no doubt in my mind that my case would have ended very differently without the invaluable contributions by Mr. Livingston! Thank you for all you've done to help save my future, and my life Brian!

Mr. Livingston was appointed for a family member who was over-charged by the DA, facing many years in jail. I have worked in the legal field for a very long time and I have never seen an attorney work so hard, get so involved, and defend his client the way Mr. Livingston did. He acted like it was ...his life on the line. He worked long, long hours and got most of the charges dismissed. An over-zealous DA was no match for Mr. Livingston. He knows the law, back and forth. He will fight for you. I will be eternally grateful to him.

He’s is the best court appointed attorney you could ask for really fights and cares for his clients ! Could ask for more , he’s helped me more than paid lawyers in previous situations, has a good heart and will fight to the end ! Very grateful I had the opportunity for him to represent me , now my ca...se is dismissed and I am free of worries !

Mr livingston went to the jail to get information from me and to start working on the case quicker insted of waiting for me to get out . He put together a good argument for my trial and 2 weeks before trial they had a conference to see where both side where at and he presented my defense story and t...hey thought it was enough to just drop my charges
