David W. Phillips

Mr. Phillips's services were obtained after seeking someone with a great reputation to handle my case. After a consultation he described the process and expectations. He was then hired and he was extremely thorough and kept me informed throughout the process. I cannot say enough good things about Mr.... Phillips. He fought hard for me and met with the DA multiple times on my behalf and eventually got the case dismissed. He did a great job and I am grateful for his expertise.

Mr Phillips handled my divorce. He was very honest with me up front, telling me i wouldn't get everything i wanted but that he'd do his very best to see that i wasnt taken advantage of and if we couldn't reach a settlement, he'd be sure I had a fair trial. There was property settlement, child custo...dy & support, credit card debt. He handled negotiations with my ex's attorney to my complete satisfaction and we avoided a costly court trial.
