Biography
Morgan Rittenberry is a Midland native and criminal defense attorney with over a decade of experience. As a former felony prosecutor, she knows how the other side thinks — and how to build strong defenses for her clients.
Morgan began her career as a certified criminal defense paralegal in Midland, then earned her J.D. from St. Mary's University School of Law and was admitted to the Texas Bar in 2013.
After joining the Midland County District Attorney's Office, she was quickly promoted from the misdemeanor to the felony division. After 2 years as a prosecutor, she came back to defense work, equipped with insider knowledge of how prosecutors build their cases.
