I’m a Partner at Keith & Lorfing Law Firm, based in our Midland office, where I help level the playing field for hardworking West Texans facing criminal charges, personal injury claims, and insurance disputes.

With over two decades of courtroom experience—including 15 years as a Federal Prosecutor with the U.S. Department of Justice and earlier service as a District Attorney—I know what it means to be “West Texas Tough™.” That perspective gives me unique insight into how prosecutors build their cases and how to fight back effectively for my clients.

My practice focuses on criminal defense, government and internal investigations, and complex personal injury matters. I’ve represented clients in high-stakes cases pursued by the DOJ, State District Attorneys, and other enforcement agencies. Over the years, I’ve handled matters spanning large-scale narcotics trafficking, complex white-collar crime, contract fraud, oilfield theft, national security, cyber-crimes, public corruption, trade secrets, tax, immigration, child exploitation, and violent crime.
