Unprofessional!!!

I hired this man and never got to talk to him once, just his rude assistant. I payed this guy $1500 then an additional check for $560 and i was very unsatisfied with his services. It seemed like as soon as i payed him in full, i wasnt important to him anymore. I live in cleveland tx and i had to driv...e 430 miles to court at my surprise, he wasnt present nor answering his phone day of my court. He was an hour late and didnt help me at all. I got outrageous court fines, 40 hours community service, 1 year probation, and a fine. Now i cant go to college because im restricted to my county without a job to pay for.probation and the incident occurred over a year before court and it was my first offense. SAM MOORE IS A HORRIBLE LAWYER, DONT HIRE HIM SERIOUSLY!!!!

Never again!

My case was a family civil matter. The paralegal is nice until you pay. You will not be able to speak with the lawyer unless you make a big deal of it. The paralegal there is not just rude and unprofessional, she is mean. I was yelled at, condescended, forced to make snap decisions with no chance... to consider them or get answers to what the ramifications of my decisions could be. I believe the paralegal was working for the opposing attorney because she demanded that I do what he told her I "had" to do when she had no facts and knew nothing about it. She and the opposing attorney were wrong. She fell for the opposing attorney's b.s. over my facts and got mad at me because she was wrong. My case was a file she wanted off her desk, the eye-rolling made it clear. She threatened to quit her job because her boss was an "a-hole," smoked cigarettes behind his back and just made me cry my eyes out after every conversation with her because she was so abusive. I made my husband start talking to her because I could not take it any more and the very first conversation she started screaming at him and next thing they were yelling at eachother because she lied to us flat-out. My husband could not believe it. I kept telling him she was the worst person I've ever dealt with. We are reasonable, grounded people. The attorney, the few times you get to speak with him, is aloof and dismisses your concerns. The office had not been cleaned in the year and a half the case took. The thick layers of dust were everywhere with magazines strewn around. It is obvious they aren't even trying to appear to care because they are immune from any sanctions provided a bare minimum of standards is kept. Legal matters can be very stressful, but I have never been treated so poorly in all my life. The paralegal would be fired by any legitimate business. Astounding.
