One of the Best!!

Ive been in the legal business 17 years. If I were to need a criminal attorney, I damn sure don't want some sweet talking, hand holding attorney that isn't straight forward and honest concerning the possible outcome of my case. I want a bulldog!! I want a fighter! I don't need or want a babysitter... to talk sweet and soft. I need a go getter. An attorney that will push it to the absolute limits to see his client gets a fair trial and exhausts to insure his client received the best representation possible. Also, I don't need an update or a call everyday with some useless bs. I need him working for me. That's why I hired him. Not wasting time calling or emailing with insignificant redundant information that is only wasting his time instead of focusing all his attention on his job. Plus the courts are stacked with pending cases so when Mr. Moore knows something relevant to the case he will contact you. He cares about his clients and represents each to the best of his ability. He takes his oath very seriously bcz his clients have chosen to put their trust with their life, future, well-being etc...in his care. I know I'm just now to began my first year of law school but Sam Moore You taught more than any law school will ever teach me. Represent each client always remembering the sworn oath taken. To take pride without fear and stand in front of a jury or judge knowing that's the absolute ultimate an attorney can do for his client. Thank you!! I couldn't ask for a better Mentor.

Horrible Attorney

I hired Mr. Moore in 2015 and it's now 2017. The level of care I was accustomed to receiving left with the paralegal, Athena, back in the spring. Now when I call in to check on my case, Mr. Moore either doesn't take my call or flips out because I'm disturbing him. I feel like I have the right to q...uestion what's going on since I paid the old grump $5,000.00. I know my case was an uphill battle, but I would like to know someone was working for the hard earned money that was paid. The few times I've been able to catch Mr. Moore, he smells like a bottle of whiskey and is totally rude. Good or bad, I just want my case to be over.

Child Custody

We've hired Sam Moore on several occasions, once to fight for custody of my niece and nephews several years ago. Sam and Athena were very thorough and did an excellent job. They won the case and we got custody of the kids. More recently we hired Sam to assist with a custody battle for our daug...hter against her ex-husband who was attempting to minimize the amount of child support he had to pay (quit a full time job the week of the hearing) and tried to get out of paying for our grand-child's insurance. Every attempt to weasel out of his responsibilities Sam was able to prevent and made the ex and his attorney look like fools in the courtroom. Sam and Athena are very skilled at what they do. Lets just say I'm glad their on my side. On yet another occasion my many years ago, my Mother-in-law and father-in-law hired Sam to obtain "Grand-parent's" rights and visitation with their grand-child....Sam was successful and won visitation rights for my in-laws.... Every time our family has hired Sam he's knocked it out of the park....

Family Law Case

My kids's mother sued me for custody and I hired Sam Moore to represent me. At the Temporary Hearing, Sam was well prepared with the information I provided to him. Needless to say, we won the first round and my ex filed for a De Novo Hearing (basically an appeal) the Associate Judge's decision. Th...e big Judge ruled in my favor a second time. When we got to the Final Hearing, Sam (once again) was well prepared, had taken notes as to all of the information we had discussed in his office, and we won AGAIN. His paralegal was very kind, knowledgeable, and basically held my hand through my legal proceedings. Should I ever have any other legal issues arise, I will most definitely hire Sam Moore again!

Unprofessional!!!

I hired this man and never got to talk to him once, just his rude assistant. I payed this guy $1500 then an additional check for $560 and i was very unsatisfied with his services. It seemed like as soon as i payed him in full, i wasnt important to him anymore. I live in cleveland tx and i had to driv...e 430 miles to court at my surprise, he wasnt present nor answering his phone day of my court. He was an hour late and didnt help me at all. I got outrageous court fines, 40 hours community service, 1 year probation, and a fine. Now i cant go to college because im restricted to my county without a job to pay for.probation and the incident occurred over a year before court and it was my first offense. SAM MOORE IS A HORRIBLE LAWYER, DONT HIRE HIM SERIOUSLY!!!!
