Reid was great in listening to the whole complicated situation with my divorce, finding a plan forward, and executing. During trial for orders, he asked the right questions to myself and my ex to show the truth of the situation, and got favorable results for what I was fighting for. He is no nonsense... and gives you truthful expectations for what is worth fighting for and how best to prove the truth in court.

Mr. Robert Reid McInvale is the best lawyer I've spoken to, especially dealing with my very badly written divorce decree. I went to 2 lawyers before we found Mr. McInvale, they charged us about $300 for consultation and gave us no useful advice and basically said because of how my decree was written,... they couldn't help me. Then we found by goodness gracious and extensive research, Mr. McInvale. We called him the night before, left a message, and spoke with him the very next morning. It was the best consultation I had ever had!! Well worth twice more than what the first 2 lawyers charged me for a consultation! Mr. McInvale told me what documents and proof I needed to get for my case. After gathering all the information, we went through the court process, he coached me through all of it, how to answer, what the opposing party might say or ask, as if we were in the court room infront of the Judge. He did not leave anything out and told me what all to expect. The day before the hearing, my ex's lawyer (law firm rated well over 4 stars) made an offer we turned down. We then showed up to court the next day, Mr. McInvale and my ex's lawyer spoke,.. minutes later, my ex husband wanted to plea guilty!! He plead guilty, and was ordered to pay half my attorney fees! Mr. McInvale is the best family lawyer you will ever find. He is honest, accurate, and very aggressive. You need Mr. McInvale, especially if you have a difficult case. Yes, he is very up front and he will tell you how it is. You also have to be able to handle his honesty and his aggressiveness. You want him as your lawyer! His retainers fee was more than the average lawyers, but he is far from average and is worth all of it, if not more!!! I highly recommend Mr. McInvale! We will continue to seek his legal representation in the future!

I never thought I’d need to hire another attorney post-divorce, but I’ve hired several and decided it was time for me to stop wasting money on mediocre counsel and hire the BEST! I found Mr. McInvale after calling several other attorneys and knew instantly that he was my attorney. The first phon...e call was returned immediately, he asked me about my case, who opposing counsel was and looked it up. He didn’t require me to take time off work and pay a consultation fee. He’s simply the THE BEST!!! Words cannot express the gratitude I feel for what Mr. McInvale has accomplished in my Custody and Legal Battle. Mr. McInvale took on my case as substitution for my first lawyer in a post-divorce battle. His common sense advice regarding post-Divorce problems, especially with the children is invaluable. Reid is an expensive lawyer. Don’t let that stop you from hiring him. He gets you a rock solid Divorce Decree! Not being represented by a lawyer in my Divorce has cost me twice as much as Mr. Mcinvale costs. Learn from my mistakes and hire Mr. McInvale. For the first time in three years I feel I have a future. This has a profound effect on my wellbeing and the wellbeing of my children, who are starting to blossom. Reid fought with intensity and fierceness as if these children were his own. He is called the bulldog for a reason. Don’t be intimidated by his large and loud personality. Surrender!
