Robert Reid McInvale

After a difficult divorce case with a (different) lawyer that disappointed me, I wanted so much better when I had to go back to try to get full custody. As a single Dad, the odds were stacked against me getting full custody. I knew I had to hire the Best. I needed a lawyer with experience who woul...d doggedly go after the best outcome for my daughter and I. Reid was professional and knew exactly how to tackle my case. He made me feel comfortable and confident that I would get the outcome I needed to secure the well being of my daughter. Reid was honest and dependable and well known in the courts. He was able to settle my case in mediation so I was able to save court costs. I spoke to many lawyers before choosing Reid, and I don't think anyone could have matched his skill and expertise. This guy is no BS. Even I was scared of him. I had a motion to modify a court order filed by my ex that wasn't close to fair or in my favor at all. After my initial consultation with Mr. McInvale I immediately knew he was the kind of lawyer that would fight like I needed him to. Once hired, we ha...d a long meeting and went over everything that we did before (and what I did wrong in my previous agreement), and made a plan to right-side my court order as well as respond to the new one filed. Mr. McInvale and her lawyer spoke outside of the court room and then all of the sudden we were going to mediation. Mr. McInvale then instructed me on how to prepare. After that, we didn't even make it to court, my ex and her attorney settled and what I got was even better than anything the first order gave me. I feel blessed to have found him and will definitely use him in the future, should I need it. If you have a Child Custody/Parental Rights case I could not speak higher of Mr. McInvale.

He’s simply the THE BEST!!! Words cannot express the gratitude I feel for what Mr. McInvale has accomplished in my Custody and Legal Battle. Mr. McInvale took on my case as substitution for my first lawyer in a post-divorce battle. On the verge of losing everything, including my children, I needed... a lawyer capable to handle a high conflict case. Someone who would not back down and handle a highly narcissistic and difficult ex- spouse. A BULLDOG! According to Mr. McInvale, my Divorce Decree was the worst he had seen in 30 years of practice. Reid is a fantastic lawyer. He is thorough, aggressive, very knowledgeable and educated. He has a broad knowledge of other cultures and was able to incorporate cultural differences into my case and use them to my advantage. Up to that point I was not aware that I was fighting for Custody in a Texas Court with almost all Republican Judges. This was a turning point for me and I completely surrendered to Mr. McInvale’s expertise and guidance to stand any chance in Court. Every step of the way Reid McInvale explained to me what to expect (most of it I didn’t like). He was able to settle my case through mediation and achieved an outcome, better than I could have ever dreamed off. Given the little we had to work with, his expertise and negotiation skills, combined with a brilliant Judge at mediation, produced excellent results. Reid prepared me very well for Court. He made sure I know my facts, was able to “Answer the question!” (You will be introduced to a very lovely drawing in his office) and gives fabulous fashion advice. In all seriousness, Mr. McInvale approved my Court outfit and got me to raise my hemline. In all honestly that’s the point where I thought this man is crazy. He is. Crazy good! Mr. McInvale has a very complex approach to his work and incorporates many different elements. Once combined into a magnificent Orchestra, the Court Room is his Carnegie Hall. He empowered me to stand up for myself and changed the future and wellbeing of myself and therefor my children. His advice on how to handle future conflicts, build a case, gather evidence and quietly and consistently develop a strategy is invaluable. His common sense advice regarding post-Divorce problems, especially with the children is invaluable. Reid is an expensive lawyer. Don’t let that stop you from hiring him. He gets you a rock solid Divorce Decree! Not being represented by a lawyer in my Divorce has cost me twice as much as Mr. Mcinvale costs. Learn from my mistakes and hire Mr. McInvale. For the first time in three years I feel I have a future. This has a profound effect on my wellbeing and the wellbeing of my children, who are starting to blossom. Reid fought with intensity and fierceness as if these children were his own. He is called the bulldog for a reason. Don’t be intimidated by his large and loud personality. Surrender! As much as I hate to admit it but Reid was right in everything he suggested. He has his clients best interest at heart at all times. He is God sent and simply the BEST!!! P.S. I would like to mention Lawrence, Mr. McInvale's Paralegal. He is the quiet force in the back, equally brilliant and efficient as Mr. McInvale. He easily gets overlooked because of his quiet demeanor. He has been very helpful to my case and I would like to thank him for his efforts. Reid is the only attorney that has gotten the results that I was looking for. He was a bulldog in meditation and never backed down to get what I wanted. He provided me with all the options of how to proceed with my case and showed me the direction that I needed to go to get the results that I wanted....
