I like John, and I think he is a gifted lawyer. However, he and his staff are so overwhelmed with work, and his support staff is really, really awful. As bad as this was, he recently lost an attorney and his office manager. Anyways, this firm does high volume, which means they do not have the t...ime to answer question or work on your case in a timely manner. And in my case, they made a mistake. I do not like mistakes.
