not very honest

They won my case but had no idea they actually won it till I got confirmation from the insurnwve company. They didn't keep me informed and wouldn't answer emails or phone messages. Once they got paid they were not willing to do anything unless I bugged them. But they didn't mind billing me each month... for file review. Both Lawyers lied to my face twice and multiple times via email saying they filed something when they actually didn't. They will get you paid maybe and will keep billing you until you stop getting a check.

I know who this review came from and I sincerely regret we could not resolve this person's issues. As stated, we won the case. Unfortunately the mail came to us later than to the other party and we were the last to get word the client won. The person claims we didn't keep them informed but then states that we lied to their face multiple times. about something not being filed. Again, this person won their case. I think this person was just upset that after winning the case, the person had to pay an attorney.

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
