Davis W. Smith

I'm a Texas Native who attended Baylor University and graduated with a Degree in Business. At Baylor, I was a member of Beta Alpha Psi Accounting Honor Fraternity, Beta Gamma Sigma Business Honor Fraternity, Winner of the Wall Street Journal Award for Outstanding Academic Achievement and numerous other organizations associated with Academic Excellence. I attended Texas Tech School of Law and was Licensed to Practice Law in November of 1994.

I also served in the United States Marines prior to attending Baylor and was the subject of two Meritorious Promotions, a Meritorious Mast and was nominated for the Marine of the Year. Out of a four year Enlistment, I spent two years at Sea. I served on the U.S.S. Lamoure County, U.S.S. Newport Beach and various other Naval Vessels taking part in Combined Amphibious Naval Operation around the World.

My hobby is the study of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and I have traveled to Brazil to compete andtTrain with the Gracie Family in Rio de Janeiro on several occasions. I have achieved Podium Finishes, several times, in the prestigious U.S Open in Santa Cruz California.

I am married to my beautiful wife with three sons and one daughter.
