Mr. Guinn was straight up with me from the beginning. He listened to the events that led to my arrest, pointed out where I had messed up and told me he would do the best he could to minimize the impact my actions would have on my family and me. He also talked about actions the other party could ta...ke that would impact my situation, things I should do and shouldn't do and how to handle specific issues that might arise. Ten years ago when I was a student in Lubbock, I was arrested and charged with Class B Misdemeanor driving while license invalid. I hired David Guinn and things started getting better.
