Kelly Simone Denson

I used Kelly "Simi" for a surrogacy agreement/contract. I was completely new to the process and she helped and walked me through the entire thing. Our end of things took a few days at best, with me not doing a thing. Extremely professional and knows her stuff. I would most definitely recommend Simi, ...and already have to several other Texas surros. I also plan to use her again if I embark on another journey. Thanks Simi!

Simi was is a very well rounded lawyer. She is very knowledgable, accurate, quick, very precise, and really has a genuine concer for her clients and there needs/wants. Never does she try to force her thoughts, preferences or beliefs off on to her client. She listens and puts what our wishes are into ...our contract. I will defiantly be using her again.

Simi (Kelly) represented me in a contract between surrogate (myself) and intended parents. I am a very appeasing person and like to think no one would intentionally pull something on me, which may not be such a good thing in a contract with lots of fine print. Simi, however, was great at stopping me ...and explaining to me why certain aspects of the contract needed to be worked on between us and the intended parents to make sure I was covered and not blind sided by anything that would be unfavorable. Every item she thought needed to be adjusted, she has wonderful reasoning for and explained them me so I could see what she meant and then I'd have my 'Ohhh! Thank goodness you caught that!' moment. I definitely felt that in this situation she had me covered and after the changes she made on my behalf, I was able to enter into the agreement with the intended parents with full understanding of what exactly I was signing and the results were a happy medium for both parties. She was also good at responding to my emails in a timely manner, usually within 24hrs or less I would have a response from her, unless we were waiting to hear back from the others. She seems very experienced and knowledgable with these type of contracts. It went by rather smoothly with her on my side.
