Jodi Ruth Lazar

I hired Jodi Lazar on November 13, 2025, to file for divorce. She never filed my petition, and as a result my spouse filed first. Discovery responses containing inaccurate statements about my family situation were sent to the opposing side without my review or approval. Those inaccuracies were later... used against me in court. I also had serious concerns about her invoices, which I found inconsistent and unclear. She sought to withdraw from my case while the temporary orders from two hearings were still unsigned, leaving important matters unresolved.

Jodi Lazar and her team were effective and well-organized in helping me modify my divorce decree in regards to my three young children.
