Elizabeth was our second attorney on our case. In a shorter amount of time Elizabeth was able to present, argue and win our case. She was so organized the entire time. She answered my calls and emails very promptly. Don’t waste your time and money like we did on anyone else. Hire her now!!!

Liz was far more knowledgeable and experienced. She worked with me for over a year, guiding me successfully through the probate proceedings in the ...

"I strongly endorse this lawyer. As opposing counsel on several pre- and post-marital agreements, I have always found Liz to be not only a zealous advocate for her clients, but a reasonable attorney to work with too, when all-too-often those traits are mutually exclusive ones. Accordingly, it's without reservation that I endorse her for estate planning matters."
"I am thankful to have Liz in my circle of estate planning lawyers. She is very knowledgeable in her practice areas and shows a strong commitment to staying on top of developing legal issues."
"I heartily endorse Liz, having worked with her on a number of estate planning matters. She is highly competent, very skilled, and dedicated to her work. She is one of Austin's experts in LGBT estate planning and is also a leader in Austin's legal community."
"Liz is quite expert about wills, trust, and probate issues. She is one of my go-to colleagues when I have questions in these areas. Also on LGBT issues in general, I have spoken on panels with her in this area and been impressed with her knowledge."
"I have known Liz for years and have co-presented with her in the areas of estate planning, family law, and civil rights. She is extremely diligent, detail-oriented, and thoughtful in her work. I definitely recommend her for these areas, as well as for probate matters."
