I recommend Liz Brenner for estate planning; she's professional, knowledgeable, and fun to work with

Liz Brenner was professional, efficient, knowledgeable, and interactive in dealing with our estate planning needs. She helped us anticipate circumstances we had not imagined, and in particular she helped us craft a will and related documents to ensure our loved ones would respect our wishes. She appr...eciates the needs of modern families, and helps her clients understand how to work within the law to achieve the right outcomes. Every step of the process, from envisioning to notarization, was surprisingly understandable and sensible, thanks to her expert guidance. She knew when to ask follow-up questions, and when to press for more detail or more deliberation on our part. I recommend her without reservation.

Determined, dedicated and supportive counsel during a difficult legal process

I was scared, embarrassed and worried when I was arrested on a DUI charge. Liz was immediately responsive on the night of my arrest, getting me released as soon as possible. The resulting legal process has been lengthy and confusing, and Liz has been professional, determined and reassuring every st...ep of the way. She has been eager to research any and all potential approaches to my case, has provided sound advice when I have needed to make difficult decisions, and has given me the peace of mind to know that I achieved the best possible outcome in this intensely unpleasant situation. Liz is truly one of the hardest working people I know, takes her job very seriously, and enthusiastically accepts new challenges on behalf of her clients.

Relationship: Opposing Counsel on matter

"I strongly endorse this lawyer. As opposing counsel on several pre- and post-marital agreements, I have always found Liz to be not only a zealous advocate for her clients, but a reasonable attorney to work with too, when all-too-often those traits are mutually exclusive ones. Accordingly, it's without reservation that I endorse her for estate planning matters."

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
