Biography
I am Board Certified in residential and commercial real estate by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization and handle all aspects of real estate transactions involving residential, commercial and multi-family property, as well as real estate litigation. I also handle a great deal of employment litigation and document review. My litigation experience includes being lead counsel at the trial level, lead counsel in appeals to the Texas Third Court of Appeals and lead counsel experience in the Texas Supreme Court. I am currently handling a widely-publicized whistleblower lawsuit against one of the largest governmental agencies in Texas and have handled other whistleblower lawsuits, one of which lead to the introduction of legislation to amend the Texas Whistleblower Act found in the Texas Government Code. I am currently active in a Qui Tam action involving the potentially fraudulent actions of a large player in the medical industry. This vast experience helps provide my clients with value-driven representation and zealous advocacy.
