Quintin Saffold is the founder and managing attorney of Saffold Law Group, PLLC, where he represents individuals, creators, and professionals at the intersection of work, talent, and personal protection. His practice spans labor and employment law, sports and entertainment law, and personal injury—allowing him to advocate for clients both at the negotiating table and when they have been wrongfully harmed.

Quintin brings a uniquely practical and business-minded perspective to his work. Before entering the legal profession, he spent over a decade in music licensing and publishing, managing his own publishing company and representing artists, songwriters, and rights holders. That experience informs his legal approach today: he understands how contracts, compensation, and leverage affect real people and real livelihoods.

In his labor, sports, and entertainment practice, Quintin advises employees, independent contractors, athletes, musicians, and creators on employment agreements, NIL and endorsement deals, partnerships, and creative services contracts.
