We are being burdened once again with the Contract for Sale that should have been dealt with the first time when we hired this attorney. We had no idea our Contract for Sale was "illegal" and neither did this attorney until our "renter's" attorney told him. If he would have recognized this problem and had the "renters" agree to sign a statement releasing us from the Contract for Sale, we would not be in the mess we are in for the second time.

I give him a copy of a contract for him to look over. He continued to tell me that I was in the drivers seat and I had everything in my favor. That was great until my tenants hired an attorney. Then that day, he tells me my contract was inadequate. He had that contract for almost 2 weeks, and NOW all of a sudden, it is inadequate? If he would have "known" the contract was "inadequate" and told me so, it would not have gone as far as it did. So, he either did not know, or he was keeping it going so he could make more money. Either way, he put me into a very bad situation. He seems like a nice guy, but I wasn't looking for a friend, I was looking for a competent attorney.

I'm glad to have utilized his services. He doesn't have over 20 years of legal experience for nothing. He resolved my matters much more quickly than they would be solved with less experienced lawyers, a man who knows how to get things done.
