I give him a copy of a contract for him to look over. He continued to tell me that I was in the drivers seat and I had everything in my favor. That was great until my tenants hired an attorney. Update
We are being burdened once again with the Contract for Sale that should have been dealt with the first time when we hired this attorney. We had no idea our Contract for Sale was "illegal" and neither did this attorney until our "renter's" attorney told him. If he would have recognized this problem ...
