When I first hired Susannah, I was under the impression that she was only interested in my pocket book. As the case progressed I realized that she seemed very introverted and not always forthcoming with information that may not be obvious to a newby like I was. It's easy to misunderstand her intentio...ns, as she can come off very straight-laced, non empathetic, strictly business and emotionless. She is very compassionate, but hides it extremely well! Furthermore, my ex husband had been very verbally abusive and had committed parental alienation between my son and I several times and Susannah set him straight. Anytime I had information concerning my ex and his personality disorder, I would forward the information straight to Susannah so that she knew what I was up against. She advised me along the way what direction to go. She advised me how important it was to keep my son in counseling. She also advised me about processes that were less expensive and what was better for proof in court. I ran out of money due to waiting for my ex to provide proof of property that he never had to begin with and Susannah convinced the judge that he should be responsible for the remainder of my attorney fees. Luckily, the judge agreed! Her paralegal, Jodie was also amazing and always kept me on track for deadlines. Jodie was very patient with me as I fumbled around for all the needed information since I'm not so organized. Although I was unable to achieve full custody of my son, it was not because of Susannah, it was because I was ready to be divorced and no longer drag my son through all the stress of it. She respected my wishes and got me over half of my assets. Her best work is in the court room. She is well respected by all of her colleagues and it showed! Wow! I highly recommend her if you need an honest, hard-working, tough, and super smart attorney!

If I had to describe Susannah in three words, I would say that she is honest, compassionate, and extremely reliable.
