I have experience in multiple areas of the law in both Texas and New Mexico. This has allowed me to work with a diverse group of clients on a variety of projects - from multi-million dollar commercial real estate deals to small office complex purchases representing buyers, sellers and lenders; from industrial leases to management agreements; from large corporations to sole proprietorships, from complex business succession planning to individual estate plans.
