My home was pending a foreclosure sale with a date set. I was able to come up with the requested funds to bring the account current but it would take a couple of days to clear the Federal Reserve and get to my bank. This was Thursday before the sale on Tuesday and I had been getting no cooperation fr...om the bank- I was shuffled back and forth between the foreclosure entity and the bank, each saying the other was who I needed to speak with and it became clear that the bank was not going to assist me though they had a 3 way call and verification on company letterhead that the funds were enroute. My home was auctioned on Tuesday; the funds were in my account the following day. Jason examined the paperwork and developed a strategy to satisfy all concerned parties . The 3rd party released title to the bank, the bank reinstated my loan and we kept our home. Jason's attention to detail, experienced negotiations and determination made it happen after I had been told by more than one veteran attorney that I should "Just start packing." As a single father with 2 sons, that was not what I needed to hear. Not because I can't handle bad news, but because it proved to be untrue and had I heeded their advice, i would have unnecessarily lost our home.
