A true professional with outstanding knowledge, integrity and professionalism

A very tough and complex case that could have dragged on for years was settled in two short months. Mark quickly assessed the best course of action, explained the approach and our likely hood of success and then provided 2 contingency plans with suggested timelines based on our progress. What could... have been a very long and litigious case was quickly resolved. What struck me most was Mark’s planning, his frank and candid assessment of the situation and his understandable explanations. He displayed outstanding integrity regarding billing and fees. He could have easily run up the charges and I would have willing paid. Top rate experience, I would highly recommend him as a lawyer and professional.

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
