I found myself in a custody case that I clearly was not prepared for. I attended mediation without representation and agreed to things I should not have agreed to and it could not be changed. I posted a question on Avvo to see how to proceed since I did not have the financial means to hire an attorne...y. Kim sent me a message and basically said to let her handle this while I concentrated on my son. The following day I spoke with Keith and he was so patient and answered all my questions.
