Mr. Farrell provided excellent advice and guidance as we sought a means of taking care of my 90 year old mother. He led us through the process, helped us assemble the documentation, and suggested the means of verifying facts. He was professional, quick, and knowledgeable throughout the process. We wo...uld not have been able to comply with government requirements had he not been with us every step of the way. In addition, he's followed up to be certain nothing went awry after the fact. His fees were reasonable and he was always available when we had questions. Our situation was not straight-forward or easily documented. Mr. Farrell kept the process manageable.
