The above words are the ones I use to describe Mr. Farrell. We used his services in the past for my mother-in-law through various stages of aging to provide for her care. Our current need was to write my husband's and my wills and other important documents. My family and I hired Clyde to help us put together our end of life documents (e.g., Medical Power of Attorney, etc.) as well as guide us through the process of working with the Texas Health & Human Services on Medicare/Medicaid eligibility. Second, and perhaps more important, Clyde is a kind and compassionate person. It certainly was not easy for us as a family to be dealing with the challenges we brought to Clyde. He met us where we were at every turn, guiding us, helping us through the entire process. What a relief to know that Clyde was there to help us. He made everything so much easier! Mr. Farrell provided excellent advice and guidance as we sought a means of taking care of my 90 year old mother. He led us through the process, helped us assemble the documentation, and suggested the means of verifying facts. He was professional, quick, and knowledgeable throughout the process. We wo...uld not have been able to comply with government requirements had he not been with us every step of the way. In addition, he's followed up to be certain nothing went awry after the fact. His fees were reasonable and he was always available when we had questions. Our situation was not straight-forward or easily documented. Mr. Farrell kept the process manageable.
