I've only used a lawyer a few times in my life. So far one was a joke, the other is great dealing with an issue I currently have and then there's Christy, who helped me through my bankruptcy with such professionalism, punctuated by her winning and gentle personality, that she made such a trying time ...incredibly easy and definitely not at all scary. Everybody's circumstances are different but mine went like clockwork every step of the way. Face it, if you come to her you have some problems but from the initial consultation on, you'll leave feeling in great hands with somebody who actually cares about you. Her secretary Katie is so professional as well. She's a wealth of information and always made me feel welcome and not burdensome with any questions or issues I had. I don't think there's enough superlatives to do Heimer Law justice. Do yourself a favor...if you need a bankruptcy lawyer, you need to at least speak to Christy. She'll change your life. I found Christy using a quick google map search for the nearest attorney. You do not always get the best by doing this, but I was fortunate enough to find her that day. I made an appointment for a consultation and after meeting her I pretty much hired her on the spot. She walked me through the proces...s and what to expect and it helped ease my worries greatly. Hello to all. In 2009 I fell onto hard times as well as many other families during that time. I was about to loose my home to foreclosure, As the saying goes " I was robbing Peter to pay Paul" just trying to keep my home. I borrowed money from numerous small finance companies ,thus placing me furthe...r deeper, and deeper into debt. I had to do something fast. She was delighted to help, her and her staff filed all the paperwork, got things going. Five (5) years later the bankruptcy was discharged in 2015. I still have my home, debt free, and credit score hovering around 700 to 703. Mrs Heimer's law firm is the best that I had encountered when looking for an Attorney to represent my husband and I with our finances.
