Christy represented my husband and I when filing for bankruptcy. Not only did she exceed our expectations then but has since continued to go out of her way for us. Anyway, this other lawyer broke my heart... would not return phone calls, texts, or emails. I would plead on the phone for her to return my calls to no avail. I was devastated. I reached out to Christy for help. Let me just say this---the end result................I was able to get a refund of my full retainer (2500.00) from the (broke-my-heart) lawyer. I was able to process this additional case on my own, it didn't cost me a penny, and the outcome was a great success. PLEASE KNOW-----I COULD NOT HAVE DONE THIS WITHOUT THE KNOWLEDGE, ASSISTANCE, PATIENCE, AND JUST THE BEAUTIFUL HUMAN HEART OF CHRISTY HEIMER. I WILL FOREVER BE THANKFUL :-)

I've only used a lawyer a few times in my life. So far one was a joke, the other is great dealing with an issue I currently have and then there's Christy, who helped me through my bankruptcy with such professionalism, punctuated by her winning and gentle personality, that she made such a trying time ...incredibly easy and definitely not at all scary. Everybody's circumstances are different but mine went like clockwork every step of the way. Face it, if you come to her you have some problems but from the initial consultation on, you'll leave feeling in great hands with somebody who actually cares about you. Her secretary Katie is so professional as well. She's a wealth of information and always made me feel welcome and not burdensome with any questions or issues I had. I don't think there's enough superlatives to do Heimer Law justice. Do yourself a favor...if you need a bankruptcy lawyer, you need to at least speak to Christy. She'll change your life. She did mine.
