I counsel investors, developers, and start-ups primarily in the energy and technology industries. I primarily represent my tech clients during early stages of development (through Series A financing). I represent my energy clients through all stages of project development and operation, handling everything from tax equity and sponsor participation, securities law compliance, debt and other financing agreements, and all core project paper (site control, interconnection, EPC, PPA, O&M). A significant portion of my practice involves investment transactions and M&A deals, regardless of industry.
I also spend roughly one-third of my time providing general corporate counsel services.
