Stephen Jon Moss

I used to work at the same law firm with Stephen Moss years ago. Since then, I have joint ventured with him on some cases in federal court. He graduated top of his law class, was a former United States judge, and is extremely knowledgeable in many areas of the law. He will pull provisions out of t...he law that other lawyers probably have no clue even existed. Client’s have said he is worth every penny.

Called him twice left message twice did no even bother to call back . Ironically waiting on his call looked him up on Facebook to see if I could contact thru that source and interesting to find spends his time posting legal issues now a days but can not answer the phone to a potential client ? Probab...ly on his way to retirement. That’s the problem with experienced attorneys , sadly they lose the passion to fight and us as civilians take the hit . Glad he didn’t answer otherwise might have spent my money for nothing .

I recently hired Stephen Moss to represent me with a legal issue I was having. He charged me $450.00/hour. I never received so little for spending so much money. I had to let him go because he was upsetting me more than the legal issue I was dealing with. I felt like he was interested in nothing more... than getting money from me. He charged me for 1/10 of an hour for any email or telephone call regardless if it was 30 seconds or 6 minutes. Most of the time I was charged $90.00 for any telephone call or email and none of them ever took any where near 6 minutes or more. I was even charged for him doing a time sheet to bill me for his services. I have never had an Attorney bill me for their time sheet. I had written a letter to be submitted on my behalf and he charged me $500.00 to read it and submit it on my behalf. He received a letter back and he charged me $180.00 to read it and send it to me. I would not recommend him to anybody.

I have worked with many counsels over the past six months, but Stephen Jon Moss is a truly passionate attorney who worked hard in finding a justice for the business and entity personnel.
