SO impressed with Mr. Moss. I was referred to him by the Lawyer Referral Service of Central Texas. Just amazing service from Mr. Moss. He completely understood my issue and had the best, most pragmatic, reasonable approach to resolving my issue. He took so much weight off of my shoulders in about 15 ...minutes regarding my real estate issue. Cant say enough how much I appreciate his advice. 10/10 definitely recommend Mr. Moss just amazing service!

Unfortunately, I hired Stephen Moss to help me with an issue. Nothing but problems with this guy. All he cares about is trying to bill and scam for money. Moss only compounds your problems because of his excessive and dishonest billing practices. Be very careful. Keep looking, there are better and mo...re honest attorneys out there.

I hired Stephen Moss to help me with a legal matter. By far, the worst experience I have ever had with a lawyer. I had similar billing issues someone else alluded to on here in another bad rating for Mr. Moss. Like that person stated, Mr. Moss created more stress and problems for me than the original... issue I hired him for. Moss overcharged for phone calls as well as to read and analyze documents. There were other things Moss overbilled for that were even worse. And, just like the other person said, I ended up paying way too much for very little in return. It was so bad I had to terminate Moss as my attorney after less than 6 months. Yet, even after acknowledging that he was terminated and I had hired a new attorney, Mr. Moss continued to attempt to bill me for “winding down” work for thousands of more dollars over several more months. If you are considering hiring Stephen Moss, I highly encourage you to do your diligent research. Check the Travis county court records at various levels of courts to see if he has attempted to sue some of his former clients over what he claims are “unpaid bills”. My experience with him has been so bad that I had no choice but to file a grievance against him with the state bar.

Stephen is a true professional and expert in his field. He taught me how to be prepared and confident in presenting my work to those agencies who believe you guilty before proven innocent. Stephen's expertise makes him a key man to have in your corner. I would never walk into an important meeting w...ithout him at my side. I cannot be grateful enough for the work he has done for me. He's concise, supportive, a true expert, and has fantastic mediation skills. I was so worried until I had Stephen guide me on how to be best prepared. I can't recommend him enough!
