My name is Michael "Miz" Ludvik, and I am a Marine Corps Infantry Veteran who had the privilege of serving our country from 2006-2014. Since then I have pursued a career in the law helping anyone who needs it. I like to give back to my community in any way I can, especially to my fellow Veterans who have already given up so much. I am an LGBTQ ally and pride myself on helping those discriminated against in any way shape or form; if I cant personally help, I will find someone who can.
I am a Certified Child Welfare Law Specialist by the National Association for Counsel for Children, and primarily represent parents and children involved in the Department of Family and Protective Services "CPS" in Travis County. If you are being investigated or have had a case filed against you and/or your children and need reassurance as well as a sword and shield, do not hesitate to call me today.
I also practice Criminal Defense, for any of those accused with crimes ranging from anything like DWI to Assault, I tend to bring in my military background of training as an Infantryman; fight them hard in the dirt and mud, never quit, and always stay in the fight.
