While I didn't have a whole lot of direct interaction with Linh during the time my case was pending, she made it so simple and easy to understand what was going on. She took care of all of the leg work, communicated well, was responsive when I had questions and overall made sure this was a stress-fre...e experience. She and Wayne Wright also ensured my well being after my accident and made all the appropriate arrangements for care.
