I was rear ended when I was just about 7 months pregnant. I got the license plate and make and model of the truck and I was able to find it through public records search, but couldn’t find an owners name. I took this information to several attorneys who shrugged their shoulders. My baby wasn’t injure...d and I had only minor whiplash, so it wasn’t worth their time or energy to help me find the owner and get my repairs and medical bills paid for. I finally called Wayne Wright as my final shot, I was going to just give it up and try to pay everything myself. Linh Thai, my attorney, and Karina bit into this case that had to be minor to them, but was major to me, and did not let go until they went down every route they could take and finally tracked down the car’s owner - which was a rental car agency. When their insurance company tried to only pay 25% of my bills, Linh absolutely was not going to accept it. I was hoping to walk away with my car repairs, medical bills and time lost from work, which would have been just a few hundred dollars in my pocket for lost wages. I got *literally* twenty times what I expected to get in my pocket after all medical bills and fees were paid, plus my full amount for car repairs. I cannot thank Linh and Karina enough for being understanding, keeping in excellent contact with me, and not giving up. My family is so grateful.
