Ms. De La Garza is currently licensed to practice law in Texas and is a member of the State Bar of Texas, San Antonio Bar Association, San Antonio Trial Lawyers Association, Mexican American Bar Association, Phi Delta Phi, Golden Key International Honor Society, and Alpha Chi National Honor Society.
Ms. De La Garza attended Texas State University for her undergraduate degree, where she graduated Summa Cum Laude. She subsequently attended law school at St. Mary’s University School of Law, receiving her Juris Doctorate in 2011.
While in law school, Ms. De La Garza served as a staff writer for The Scholar: St. Mary’s Law Review on Minority Issues. In addition, she worked as a legal intern for the Texas Senate during the 81st Legislature. She also worked with the San Antonio Community Justice Program, helping individuals gain access to the legal system. Joining Wayne Wright LLP in 2012, Ms. De La Garza balances her busy work schedule with continued volunteer work for those in need.

Excellent communication and customer service
Very good communication, always replies to emails, texts, and calls! Never leves you waiting for more than 20 min for a response which is fast considering she has other clients. I would recommend her to anyone she will take great care of you! Won't be disappointed!!!
