I cannot thank Linh and Wayne Wright's office enough for all of the help they gave to me and my girlfriend over the course of the past year, particularly with the chiropractor. There was a moment in time I was very worried about the future of my back and neck health given the severity, and to describ...e the assistance with treatment as immensely helpful would be an understatement-- it was immeasurable what that meant to me, and has helped me get back to being able to run, lift, and engage in other healthy exercise activities again. I went into this with very little idea of what to expect and an equally uncertain idea of what an outcome would look like. Linh and her team were very communicative and helpful in this regard, and remained so throughout the whole process. They were very honest about what to expect, quick to reach out if any additional materials were needed, and overall very wonderful to work with. I would highly recommend Linh Thai! I was in an accident when a driver pulled straight out into traffic right in front of me. I didn’t even get a chance to hit my brakes before I hit him going 55mph. I knew I’d need some help dealing with insurance because I’d never been through anything like this b...efore. The other driver had a minimal amount of insurance coverage so after his policy limit was exhausted Linh negotiated with my insurance to cover the rest because I had UIM coverage. Linh was amazing every step of the way. She arranged for me to get chiropractic treatment, MRI, physical therapy, and steroid injections without having to pay until my case was settled. She was always quick to reply to my emails, and kept me informed and on track throughout the process. This accident caused me a lot of stress and was physically and emotionally traumatic.
