I was desperate when my ex wife took my daughter from me. Jesus said he would file the divorce within the week. Instead he took a vacation. A month later he had my 5k and hadn’t talked to me once. Hearing for temporary orders and he says “we got what we could”. Another month goes by and then he calls... me tell me we need to “replenish the retainer” another month and another 5k and nothing. It wasn’t until I consulted with my new lawyer that I found out he didn’t file my original petition, we could have got step-up orders, didn’t file for discovery until the day before I fired him. Now I’m out ten k and I am going to sue. AVOID MY MISTAKE! DO NOT TRUS THIS MAN. DO NOT HIRE THIS MAN. HE IS A LYING PIECE OF SH*t.
