Bradley Gold is a business and technology attorney with nearly 20 years of experience counseling and representing businesses and business owners facing a wide variety of challenges. As a former University of Texas business law and accounting faculty member and Entrepreneur-in-Residence, Bradley draws from a deep and diverse knowledge base to help clients solve problems and resolve disputes while promoting a business' growth and success goals. Bradley works with clients for business transactional matters, regulatory compliance matters, and business disputes.  Bradley works with clients in many business markets but most commonly works with gaming, software, and technology product companies, banking and fintech institutions, and scientific research or edtech commercialization ventures.
