Great service and advice

I had been terminated unfairly and Austin advised me on my options. I decided to file an EEOC complaint and the company contacted us for arbitration. Austin was by my side the entire time and I felt that at the end of the day, I got satisfaction. I enjoyed working with him and consider him to be honest and reliable. He was truly looking out for me.

Prompt, thorough advice

I had Kaplan review a separation agreement. Maff listened to my concerns, asked me what I wanted, then walked me through each section of the document. He explained what could be negotiable, and gave me peace of mind that the agreement was fair overall. With his guidance, I was able to go back to the table and get what I wanted.

Jose Case December 2019

Mr. Kapplan attended directly my case last December fact that allow a very rapid resolution to my case. From being thinking about "Wrongful Termination, "Hostile Work Environment"and "Age Discrimination" he was able to reduce my vision to only an "Age Discrimination" case because the other two options would not have a very strong case in front of a judge". At the end of the day my family and I decided not to proceed against the company where I worked for almost seven years and I feel very well in my new job in another similar company. I recently needed legal advice to conclude a severance agreement with my employer. Austin Kaplan came into the meeting prepped w/ a good understanding of the situation from the documentation I had uploaded to his web portal. He was empathetic and keenly attuned to finessing my goals and objectives for this exercise. He walked me through the legal options available to me, aligning them w/ my aspirations. They worked on a discrimination case for me. An owner fired me because I became sick and was out of work for 4 months. I had 30 years with the company. It was unjust, they worked diligently on the case. It was a good outcome.
