To whom it may concern: Mr. Sharp helped guide myself and fellow business partners through our legal and business options for our new company established 2009. He drew up all of our legal documents to protect ourselves and our investors. These documents include but are not limited to our L.L.C. ...Regulations as well as multiple Stock Agreements tailored specifically to our various levels of investment.
