I assist business owners with entity formation for asset protection, contracts, leases, non-compete/non-disclosure agreements, licensing and mergers and dissolutions. I have a background in business litigation, which allows me the insights of being able to help business owners avoid costly and time consuming mistakes, with the implementation of well drafted contracts and proper entity structures.

I represent real estate investors and developers, and clients buying or selling real estate. I assist clients with condominium conversions of duplexes and multi-family properties, entity formation for asset protection, leases, joint venture and partnership agreements, financing, deeds, and for sale by owner documents. I have represented over 100 private investment groups and investors, in Texas, across the US and internationally.
