I have had the great pleasure of employing Mr. Bill Peckham as my attorney for both personal and business transactions for over 35 years. I find him professional and exceedingly thorough. His follow up is wonderful as I am sometimes lax on getting things done. He is a positive force to the profession.

Mr. Peckham was recommended by a friend to handle my case, from our first meeting I knew I was with the right attorney.
It was explained to me what was required, the documentation and all other details that are needed to proceed. Mr. Peckham fought for me for four years, it was a difficult embezzlement case, at the end and because of his fierce and tenacious persistence, forced the other side to a settlement that was in my favor enabling me to recover what was rightfully mine. Four years experience with Mr. Peckham proved to me that I was dealing with an honest, sharp and intelligent person who responded and took care of and fought at all times to protect my interest and what was best for me.
I will always go back to Mr. Peckham for any and all future legal needs and consultations, he is now trusted friend.

- He charged $5000 to represent me in small claims court and lost my case.
- His specialty is bankruptcy, and now I know how he get’s all his business; after suffering from his negligence and poor representation, I’m faced with a situation where I have to sell my home in order to avoid filing bankruptcy.
- I spoke to another lawyer who told me he’d be doing me a disservice by representing me is small claims court because I’m more than capable of representing myself, and he didn’t want to needlessly take my money.
- He was right, the judge responded much more favorably to me than she did to Mr. Peckham, with his narrow and harsh style.
