Biography
Attorney Will Mitchell was raised in Kerrville, TX. He earned his J.D. from St. Mary's University in San Antonio, graduating near the top of his class.
Will started his career as a criminal defense attorney at a firm in Boerne and then a firm in Austin. Before starting his own practice, he gained valuable experience at these firms handling hundreds of DWI cases and obtained many not-guilty verdicts on high breath test DWI cases in multiple counties throughout Texas.
Not only does Will have the trial-tested experience to provide his clients with effective and personalized legal solutions, but he has also received the top training in the state. Some of the trainings and courses he has taken over the years include The NHTSA Standardized Field Sobriety Test Practitioner’s Course, the Mastering Scientific Evidence and a Multi-Device Breath Testing Mega Course, and NCDD’s Summer Session Trial Training at Harvard University.
