Biography
Modesett Williams, PLLC tries cases of all types throughout Texas and the United States. Jack is Board Certified in Personal Injury Trial Law . I am Board Certified in Civil Trial Law. Between us, we have over 100 jury verdicts.
We have tried cases in over a dozen counties in Texas and have litigated in California, Florida, North Carolina, Oklahoma, Virginia and Wisconsin.
Jack and I have tried the most complex shareholder oppression and breach of fiduciary duty cases as well as multi-party medical malpractice cases and everything in between.
We spend a lot of time thinking about trials themes, story-telling and simplifying the complex. We do focus groups in-house on almost every case, sometimes more than one.
