The police can arrest for a lot of things. What they can prove is something entirely different. I think they would have a hard time proving that...

Delivery of controlled substance. The PG refers to penalty group. The first one is a state jail felony. I think the second one is a misdemeanor....

Don't do it. The area is very complicated and even experienced lawyer have problems.

Texas does not have petty theft. Theft of $50 to $500 is a class b misdemeanor punishable by up to six months in jail and a $2000 fine.
