Richard Gray graduated from the University of Texas in 2007 with a Bachelor of Arts in Government and a minor in Business. He then attended Baylor University School of Law where he received his Juris Doctor in 2010.
Since 2010, Richard has been practicing in both general business litigation and family law. Richard has represented clients in a variety of general litigation matters including breach of contract, covenants not to compete, corporate buy-outs, construction defect cases, lease agreements and defamation, to name a few. In family law, Richard has focused his practice on all areas including divorce, modifications, enforcements, custody issues and disputes, child support and drafting of marital agreements, including pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements.
Richard has focused his career on zealously advocating for his clients by assisting in the settling of all litigation and family law disputes and trying to minimize conflict and costs for his clients.
Despite Richard’s dedication to settling his cases for his clients, he is no stranger to a courtroom and advocates zealously for his clients by being a voice for them in the courtroom.
Richard represents clients in family law litigation cases, including divorce actions, property characterization, reimbursement claims and all child related issues including custody and child support. Richard also represents clients in modification and enforcement of existing family law orders, including modifying and enforcing child support and conservatorship issues. Richard represents clients in need of emergency protection orders and temporary restraining orders in situations involving family violence. Richard also assists clients in drafting and review of pre-nuptial and post-nuptial property agreements.
Richard also represented the lead Plaintiff (Texas Taxpayer & Student Fairness Coalition) in the most recent school finance litigation which was argued to the Texas Supreme Court in September of 2015.
