Rain Minns provided legal advice to help me transition my company from a for-profit corporation into a non-profit corporation. I was quite impressed with Rain’s resourcefulness and with the speed at which she works. She helped me gain insight by showing me how to access the publicly-available legal... documents of other non-profit organizations. She gathered and explained the necessary forms and requirements, prepared a detailed written outline of the steps to be taken, and advised me on matters such as forming a board of directors. I was attacked with a frivolous law suit and they were just trying to shake me down for some money. The Minns law firm let them have it! Not only did the case end up getting dismissed the Minns law firm got their lawyer sanctioned for unethical conduct, fined, and reprimanded. The attorney on the other side would not stop contacting me directly until they laid down the law on him. If I ever have another legal issue I would certainly use them if I can afford them. From what I understand they specialize in tax law, malpractice and a few other areas and I was lucky to have gotten them to take my case because my case was not related to the area of law they specialize in. They treated me like family!
