When my husband and I went to San Antonio for our interview to get my Green Card, the officer there simply said t...hat he would have TO DENY IT due to us leaving the country while the change of status was in process. So, we called Mr. Parsons who, Thank God, was more knowledgable of the law than the officer himself, and he asked the officer to check with his supervisors before denying the residency card. Mr. Parsons even told the officer the name of his supervisors and within minutes, the officer that once had been so eager to deny my Green card, came back saying that my attorney Mr. Parsons seemed to be right, and he proceeded to approve the Residency Card immediately. Needless to say, it was so stressful for us and had it not been for Mr. Parsons the outcome would have been a sad one rather than the happy one we had. I fervently recommend him to inform you and manage your immigration case with the upmost care and efficacy. I know he saved ours.
